No School Day Camp

Our no-school day camp includes both art classes and activities that may include field trips. We accept ages 6 and up. Early arrival time is 7:00 am, and camp starts at 9:00 and goes until 4:30, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times. 

No Schoo Day Camp

We are open even when the schools are not!

Leave your kids with us to hang out and learn during no-school days. Kids participate in arts and crafts, nature walks, critical thinking activities (including legos, chess, and board games), and field trips.

Health & Safety Plan

We follow all the rules set forward by CDC and Child Care Department.

​

  • Mask or face covering is optional for all staff members and children.

  • Parents are requested to drop off and pick up kids from outside the premises.

  • All tours and visits are planned after the kids have left the premises.

Pricing

Fees:

$100/ Full-day

  • Payment information and enrollment information will be sent separately after the booking.

  • Payment is due on the same day as the booking.

  • If payment is not made on the same day, the booking will be canceled.

Refund Policy

  • Cancel after booking confirmation to 3 weeks before the camp start date: Receive a 75% credit, minus a $25 administration fee.

  • Cancel between 1 to 3 weeks before the camp start date: Receive a 50% credit, minus a $25 administration fee.

  • Cancel within 1 week before the camp start date: No credits or refunds are offered, as it is extremely difficult to fill vacancies within that short time.

General Policy

  • If Crafty Mindz must cancel a camp and we cannot place your child in an alternative program, a full refund will be issued.

  • If your child leaves a camp early or arrives late due to sickness, schedule conflicts, behavior problems, or for any other reason, there will be no refund or prorated fees.

  • Changes or exchanges of reservations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are based on availability.
